Women are still paid less, but everything else seems to be costing more.


The amount of working women who think they deserve an increase in their pay. And the data supports them.  On last Tuesday, Equal Pay Day arrived. According to the National Committee on Pay Equity, women would have needed to work until March 15, 2022 to earn the same money as men earned in 2021. The disparity is even larger for women of color.


There's something about a truck, but it'll cost you money. In 2022, used trucks will cost you an average of $8,705 more than they did in 2020. You can truckin' believe it.


Working from home may be on the decline, and when individuals return to work, they are met with another unpalatable surprise: Your mid-day sad desk salad might be more expensive than you thought. Lunchflation, a cute name for a sad fact.
