"Made in America" is making a comeback, people. The Reshoring Initiative reports that US firms are on track to bring 350,000 overseas job back to the United States this year. That would be the most since the manufacturing lobbying group began tracking the data in 2010, when only 6,000 jobs were repatriated. Supply chain chaos caused by Covid and the Ukraine conflict are among several reasons for reshoring.


“I got permission to go to Russia to help that girl.”

On Saturday, Dennis Rodman told NBC News that he's in the process of trying to go to Russia this week so as to gain Brittney Griner's release from prison. Griner is a WNBA star who was recently sentenced to nine years on drug charges. Rodman has grown close with various authoritarian leaders over the years, most notably North Korea's Kim Jong Un. In fact, American Kenneth Bae even credited Rodman for playing a part in his 2014 release from North Korea when he said Rodman was a "catalyst" in his statement thanking him.
